Otomi table runner embroidered on beautiful color fuchsia, This beautiful piece has been hand embroidered for a woman from the Highlands of Hidalgo, in the area of “Tenango de Doria”. The technique that they use is called blind stitch, because on the back side you only see the little stitch that surround carefully delineating the figure. This technique is traditional of this area and they called to this art "Tenangos". The combination on this particular piece is very modern; the fuchsia color makes a great contrast with the white color of the fabric. Animal and flowers of the area are called in this piece. The fabric is a rustic cotton color white. You can use as table runner or hanging in the wall like a piece of art, or as a bead spread.
