PAYMENTS
SHIPPING
We use Paypal and Stripe as collect payments provider services, in orter to accept: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover,
We ship within 1-3 days of receiving payment.

I shipping for National shipping Standard service and takes between 2-4 days to arrive, International First Class and takes 1-2 week could be more depends of the Country. If you are in hurry, let me know and I can upgrade it.

We ship GLOBALLY!
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

CUSTOM ORDERS
Always you can ask for a custom order, We will so happy to considerate it and we will let you know if we can do it or not, as well the estimated time for delivery Just take in mind that this is handmade and the women that do this, they live in remote lands, the weather could affect the roads and communications and this can interfere with the delivery time. The colors of thread could have some variation from pictures or from another piece, as well, this is a handmade design and drawing, in a copy of a picture that you send or replica of an existing item, always there are variations but for sure it will be beautiful, unique and amazing piece. We always try to do our best.

We will request for a deposit to place the order, the percent of the deposit depend of the amount, minimum 50%, if is a small order We will ask for the full payment on front. Once is received the deposit is not refundable, (We want to avoid cancelations) I use the deposit for material and advance payment of labor, if you decide to cancel, I can not return your deposit. The final payment before to shipping to your home or the address you give us.

Once the item is shipped, there’s no cancelation.
RETURNS
All sales are final. I describe each item and photograph in detail so there are no surprises. If you need more information in order to make a decision please contact me, I will be happy to answer all your questions.
I do descriptions of the items and packaging. I gladly accept exchanges and I will accept returns if the error is ours and sending something wrong or it does not match the description.
The pieces are carefully checked before sending and they are packed in the same manner, if the package arrives damaged, please help me, asking the postman to make note of the damage. If you find that when you open the package that the item is damaged, please let me know to make the claim to the post office. I paid for shipping insurance.
After the item is shipped, there is no cancelation.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any damage, loss in value.

If you have design indecision or feel like the item "just doesn't go" Please do not purchase. These are handmade items, and delicate and take a lot of time to make them, that is why We really want to avoid cancelations. We hope yours understand.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
•Custom or personalized orders
•Perishable products (like food or flowers)
•Digital downloads
•Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
VARIATIONS
All our pieces are hand-made, so there may be small variations in measurements, designs, fabric textures, variation in colors of threads from one piece to another or from picture, these small imperfections are what makes them beautiful and unique adding value to the piece.
I am careful with the picture and I try that the color will be closer to the real piece, but could exist variations of color from monitor to monitor.
CARES
All our piece are delicate and the fabrics are natural materials and/or handmade, they are hand wash, you can use a soft soap, do not soak, Not use a Tumble dryer, Not use chlorine or bleach, you iron lower level using a piece of cloth on top in order to protect the embroider to be pulling by the corner of the iron, or if you prefer you could do dry-clean.

Some items have delicate fabrics like silk, velvet, etc all this items are dry-clean.
GIFT CARDS
We are using Gift up! as a third-party app to create and be able to offer digital Gift cards on our website. They only generate the digital Gift card, the payment process is through our payments process that we use on our website. All your payment information is confidential and secure and is used only to process the payment. Gift up! app doesn't have access to your payment information
You can use any credit or debit card as well Paypal account
The value of the Gift card can be redeemed in full ONLY on our Website Artedemitierra.net for any of the products available on our website, requested or in placing a custom order. ( precontact me about the custom order)
For the configuration of our website platform, is not possible to combine whit any other coupon sale or an offer.
Our digital Gift card has an expiration date ONE YEAR from the date of the purchase, please use it before the expiration date.
When Redeem the gift card, please use the full value of the Gift card, We are no able to keep balance in the gift card, it is a one time use only after to use it will be deactivated.
If the item value is more than the gift card value, the differential cost will be charged in the total balance to pay.
Once you buy a gift card I will get a notification of your purchase, please give us 24 hours to set up and activate your Gift card to get ready to use.
